Sorry to say, but you might be SOL. If the scratches are thru the clearcoat there is no easy way to fix them. Time for a visit to a body shop.
Scuffs can sometimes be removed with a light compound like Meguiar's ScratchX or similar. But using a buffer will make the job go lots quicker.
