I just bought QEW and did a search and couldn't find any post. With the info that I was looking for. The directions are like all directions but how do you guys mix and use.

what?

when I search QEW it hits the limit of 500

could you ask the your question again

I am not sure what you are looking for

Yea I know the directions are on the bottle thats not what I am asking. I am trying to see how you would use it. You personally like people put wax on differently. Some use machines some use microfiber applicator pads. I am just trying to find out how you used it .

To help out: Just put the amount stated on the bottle in a bucket of water. Use your favorite wash media. I like the grout sponge. You can pre-soak if you want, or not. Use two buckets, one just to rinse. Do a small section, rinse, and do the next section. Really, there are tons of directions on this. Look under ONR, which works the same way.

When I was using QEW (I now use ONR) I used it as directed on the label. 1 oz per gallon of water.

I go through the mixture ratio in this thread, and explain the whole process. There really is no one correct ratio IMO, it depends how dirty the car is. On a really filthy car, I'll use twice as much QEW and a little more S&G too in the mix.

Hey Paul, that's a nice write-up. That's EXACTLY the way I use QEW. Even though your article has been around for 3 years, I've never seen it.

Highly recommended (the article and the method!). :bigups:bigups:bigups

One thing I might add... if you're using QEW in your garage, it's nice to have a floor squeegee to pull the water to your floor drain or out the door...:D
