I just got my PC yesterday, so I haven't had the chance to get the velcro backing plate. I just finished a wax job on my car(also the first time I used the PC) and now am having trouble washing the pad.
Get some denatured alcohol, and a bowl that the pad can soak in, 30 min in the alcohol and the soak in Dawn solution over night. Rise out real good (takes a few min.) and let them air dry.
