HELP! Polsihing for the firt time and running into a serious problem...

Hey guys, any help ASAP is apprecaited as I'm doing thsi right now.





I'm using Zaino's Dual Fusion Finishign polish + White LC CCS Pad with a PC. I noticed a small area on the roof of my car now has a small crater in it. I checked the pad, which now has 100's of little black "hairs" and two little brown spots which I tried to wipe off.



Why did I get this crater?? How can I avoid it?





PS - I clayed and washed my car prior to doing this.

Maybe it was a bird p00p that etched the paint but included a bug that stuck in the pad :D



Weirder things have happened. Without a picture or two, there is no way to tell for sure. . . and even then??
