As I washed my new to me used car yesterday, I found that one of the chrome wheels has a small chip in the chrome (about 1/16" diameter). Does anyone know of any solutions to keep it from peeling away? The wheels will see Michigan winters, so I want to try and keep it sealed so it doesn't corrode and peel. I'm thinking of trying some clear coat, or seeing if there might be a chrome looking paint I can try.
