Please Help.

Thanks

I Just got the PC Last Week, I've been using it a little bit to get used to it and see what it can do, but i havent REALLY used it.

The First Picture is as good as i could get it with what i have.

Basically what im asking is what would be the best approach to get rid of these scratches, is there another product that i should buy that would work better than what i have or what suggestions can you guys give me to rid of them.

Sorry for the Confusion.

Matt

Optimum Polish and Megs #9 may not give you enough cut with a PC. If you have access to something more agressive, I'd try that (Optimum Compound, Meguiar's #80 or #82, Menzerna, etc).

If you want to give things another try with what you have, I'd first recommend taping off a 2 X 2 square to work within as your test spot. Then use your orange pad with Optimum Polish and use the PC at speed 5. Apply a bit of pressure to the PC and make a couple 50% overlapping passes at about one half inch to no more than one inch per second. Wipe off the paint and see if the scratches are gone. If they are, then make a couple more slow overlapping passes using the white pad with Optimum Polish to polish out any marring or hazing.

edit...I started typing this a while ago, but had to leave for a while. I just noticed you got basically the same advice :)

Try this

Optimum Polish on Orange

then

Optimum Polish on White

should work, try both on speed 5...moving very slowly

ALSO USE PRESSURE WHILE VIBRATING THE SOCKETS OUT OF YOUR ARMS.

Skip the orange, use yellow with OP and a ton of pressure and slow movement, use speed 3 to spread it and then bump to 6 till it's clear.
