Help me pick a car dryer

I`m ready to get a car blow dryer. My 3 choices are the new mckees37, metro sidekick and the metro Air Force commander. I don`t have the money for the master blaster so that`s out. I have plenty of drying towels.

I bought this to blow out the mirrors, grill, and all the places you can`t get a towel in. The GardenHome compact blower is small, good power, and has a soft rubber nozzle.

TAke the money you have for a dryer and wait until you can buy a master blaster. It is just the best tool I have. Also mount it and get the 30 foot hose. Promise you`ll be thanking me.

I just ordered the master blaster with 30ft hose. I figured just do it right the first time.

I have the sidekick and Nick hooked me up with the Mckee`s blower when we met at the classic auto show here in LA. Thanks again to Nick for that gift. I did have the DP version that I gave to my brother.

I like the sidekick but it`s just to small for a sedan and even a truck. I have tried and it just doesn`t cut it with the So Cal sunny days. The Mckee`s turbo dryer does a better job drying. It`s good for the price.

Never used the metro blaster so I can`t compare. Marc did a great job on his review comparing them.

Bigmike40nj- Hope that works great for you, make sure you plug it into a circuit that can handle it.

Guess it`s too late for my usual "look into the Air Wand!" recommendation....not that anybody ever cares anyhow :o

It`s one of the best investments in your car care arsenal bar NONE. I`ve had the commander as well and it`s nowhere near the power of the MB blaster.

Two things though,

1. Make sure you have good sound canceling headphones or ear plugs, especially when doing wheels.
2. NEVER let go of the hose when it`s on!
