hey everyone,
i'm pretty new to detailing. first got into it a couple years back when i moved out to the country and had plenty of time on my hands. decided it was finally time to start taking better care of my cars. anyways, i first started using megs products since they were the "official" brand endorsed by mb. i was using megs deep crystal 3 step system and doing everything by hand before i decided to branch out.
it was nice to find this helpful website which enlightened me to the wonders of the dual-action polisher. after much deliberation, i went with the porter cable 7424xp which came in the mail a couple of weeks ago. now i'm in the middle of bringing some life back to my dad's '88 beamer which has been sitting in the sun/rain/snow for the past 10 years...
looking forward to learning lots more here.
