Hello everyone,
I've been a member here for a few years, but I don't know that I ever made an introduction. My name is Bradley from Las Vegas, Nevada. I work at Lamborghini Las Vegas in sales and am coming up on my 20th birthday, but more importantly I have been enjoying car detailing for the past 4 years. Being a Huge auto enthusiast, I realized in the early months of owning a beautiful car that taking top notch care of my auto would become a hobby and not just a chore as it (unfortunately) is for most people.
Little backstory...I started with a stunning new '07 MINI Cooper S I acquired as a first car. My upbringing taught me to take very good care of my possessions, and I soon realized when it comes to my car, a simple buggy bath was not cutting it. Dirt in those little crevices... Brake dust in the wheel barrels... Yuck. I started losing sleep! I took to the Forums and started learning all I could, from products to application. Every weekend my car gets pampered whether it needs it or not, even if my friends/girl think I am nuts.
Loved that car, but after some years I moved onto an Audi B7 A4 Avant tuned completely by STaSIS Motorsports.
A month and a half ago I traded my Avant (after just 5 months of ownership) for my B7 S4 (painted in rare Lava Grey). This car is unbelievably clean. Not a single swirl or RID anywhere to be seen. Just a claybar was all it needed to take this beauty to my (still novice) standard. I don't have any pictures of it yet thanks to my schedule. :/
Thanks to everyone's contributions to this forum I have learned tons so far! My next tackle is learning the best technique in dealing with Audi S4 Platinum leather.. This color attract every ounce of dirt! I love the challenge.
Cheers
