Helicopter was polished and coated with Everglass Platinum + Vector Edition.




This work took 60 hours in 6 hands. we were very exhausted.

Worked with standard polishing compounds. Lacquer on a helicopter seemed to me like a Porsche Cayenne, "my favorite." B)

No. We are not worked in cockit. it was changed on new. completely altered .

thickness of paint about 300mircons. I do not know how much it in mils... )

compounds... heavy cut from Menzerna FG400 and Koch Chemie Heavy Cut 8.02 compounds. middle cut - Mirka T10 or Koch Chemie FEINSCHLEIFPASTE. AH Koch HOCHGLANZ-ANTIHOLOGRAMM- POLITUR . Worked with rotors - Flex and Makita, and with bigfoots at the finish stage. All on yellow and orange pads (middle)
This varnish like cayenne type. very soft on finish and not good on cutting.

I, for many reasons, think the Bell 222 is a cooler helicopter though...
