Heavy Metal Polish

I bought some metal polish that I had never heard of,at a car show and finally got around to trying it. I was very sceptical about it but I have to do a lot of polishing on billet engine parts and its a PITA,so I try everything that I can find. There were 3 levels of polish and it is available in either liquid or a saturated wadding. I bought the liquid. The polish is catagorized by color. Red is the most aggressive,Green is medium,Blue is mild. I bought a show special which was one Geen and one Blue.

I initially tested the two against each other. There is a definite difference in power and abbrasion. They both worked great on everything I tested them on. I then grabbed all of the polishes I have and looked for test subjects. I came up with a piece of badly oxidized aluminum bar,a flat piece of stainless steel plate and a badly tarnished copper platter. All were large enough to divide into sections that would allow me to test 12 different polishes. I used a smooth flannel cloth for all comparisons. It was a very simple comparison between all of the polishes. I was only interested in the amount of work each took and the results in appearance. I tested the polishes against the common stuff like Wenol,Mothers Billet,Mothers Metal,Megs All Metal,E1 Billet,E1 Nevr Dull, Super Shine,Flitz and Luster.

I know most of you probably dont use polish as much as I do but if you have a need for it,I highly recommend that you try this stuff.I have tried many, many polishes and this is honestly the best stuff that Ive ever used, bar none. It is an absolutely great polish. It works even better when I stepped down to the blue after using the green. It left a mirror finish with minimal rubbing. After comparing it, I went to their website to order the red and discovered that they have other car care products also. I called to place an order for several other items. They were extremely nice and explained their products and correct application. Im very anxious to try them too. Damn,I love this polish!

If you are interested in trying it, here is the website:

Here is the distributor that I bought mine from. This guy is the one that convinced me to try it. He is a polisher by trade and he was very helpful:

NozebleedSpeed..

Sounds like a great find..

I have just about every metal polish that you listed in your testing lol. I have a TON of polished metal on my show car and am looking for something to make it much easier.

What were the best advantages of this stuff compared to the others?? ease of use? less buffing??? prevents dulling???

Was the shine really that much better than the standard polish??

Between my HRE wheels and my engine parts I hate all the polishing. If this stuff can make my life easier I am all for it.

For $25.00 between the two it doesn't seem like that bad of a deal.

I don't think I would ever use the Red since my pieces don't get that bad. The Green and Blue definitely looks like it is something I would try.

Pat, it seems to apply and remove very similar to Super Shine. The difference is a mirror smooth, highly reflective finish. Stepping it down seemed to really be the bang. I tested it on the a/c accumulator on my wifes car. It has a smooth surface but but was very dull and flat. In a few minutes it looked like I had to taken a buffing wheel and several step downs to it. I have a buddy that spends a lot of time working on stuff in my garage. Hes done a lot of polishing and he was amazed at how well it worked too.

PM me your addy and I'll send you some of mine so you can try it out before you buy it. I think you'll really like it.

From the description on the site,Red will go right through your chrome plating. Very nasty stuff. Green and Blue is enough for most things.
