Headlights...

My headlights have a few scratches on them and you can really see them when yout urn the headlights on and are in front of the car. My question is, I do not feel like bring out the buffer and doing a bunch of stuff to them, so do you guys/girls think that Scratch X with some heavy hand "buffing" will do them any good? If not what is your opinion? They are really not that heavily scratched.....

Thanks,
Blake

PlastiX might be a better choice. Works good for me with a bit of effort.

Did not think about that at all.....sounds like a good option to me!! I think I will have to pick some up today or tomorrow. I will post before and after pictures hopefully to see how it turns out.

It depends on how scratched they are...meaning how deep...if they are on surface then you have a shot at it with the scratch X, or at least can improve them

It is on my car so I doubt they are that deep, I feel like they can only be like really minor swirls. I will check it out when I uncover my car in the next few days. I have been driving my g/f's car around for now!

If they are superficial type of scratches you might be able to make it better by hand...however with plastic heat is really the key to make the correction...I understand that you don't want to go threw that right now, so I would go after it with as much elbow grease as possible.
