Headlight Question

Well, it seems everyone agreed synthetic oil is best. But, I'm wondering what everyone is using in their headlights? I'm thinking of changing out the factory fill for this stuff:

Maybe it is for the headlight cleaning system? I know that my car has the sprayer that sprays automatically when the windshield wipers are on, or when the button is pressed (like cleaning the windshield). I think it just uses the wiper fluid reservoir, but maybe there are separate ones in some vehicles and Royal Purple is just trying to exploit this market, however obscure and small it may be.

Ummmmm... I can tell you that since I swapped out my factory muffler bearings for some Bose high-end audio bearings my fuel economy has increased...
