HD Speed Polisher Unboxing

Have a look at our HD Speed Polisher.

New version of the polisher has a higher gauge cord to last longer than ever.

Available at 3D products.

I understand that individual Forum users are allowed to discuss products that are not carried by Autopia and even suggest where an item that Autopia carries can be found less expensively.

This is is the 1st time I have seen a Representative of a Manufacturer/Re-labeler post a product not carried by Autopia.

Best case scenario is that Autopia is planning on selling this item.

Worst case scenario, 3D has made a terrible mistake by using this forum to drive sales of this polisher thru their other distribution channels.

Is this the actual polisher or another teaser video like the dilutable iron remover that was going to be inexpensive ? Between that video and the spam o Rama when you required multiple posts for free product I just can't get excited about any product you hype. Sorry but keeping it totally honest.

Your credibility is so low with me it could crawl under a pregnant ant.

I generally don't get into it with anyone on the net but this company rubs me the wrong way.

My world, you world ? Our world bro.

New hashtag: #allpolishersmatter

The video wasn't exactly exciting but, it looks pretty nice except the color. I like to keep my options open... and I'm still on my GG6.

It sucks to hear you have a bad taste in your mouth with 3D. I've had nothing but great experiences with all of their products and I know a lot of other detailers have too. I think I see HD Cut, HD Polish, and HD Speed recommended more than any other polishing system on here for a reason - because they work.

Also, 3D BDX did end up being one of the least expensive iron removers on the market (cost per oz). I think it's the least expensive one sold on Autopia or PBMG - especially if used diluted. I won't shun a company because they entered the market with one of the most cost effective iron removers just because it was delayed. I can understand getting a little upset about the delay, but I won't turn into an Outback Steakhouse hater just because my bloomin onion came out after my ribeye.

You've identified the differences between a sponsored forum. Forum sponsors are allowed to post any of their products, sales or information; even if we don't carry it.

wow, tough crowd

This is Autopia :) It's always been a tough crowd. I'm guessing we're the kids who had to go to school on Saturday morning lol.

You left out the spam O Rama. Not sure you were here for that.

that was a nightmare.

On on a side note the blooming onion rules. On my scale the blooming onion is on one side and 3D is on the other.

i was ready to plunk down my money on the product that was used by Tunch in the Audi video. The one that bled like, well like crazy.

Best of my understanding months went buy. And we were all told it's coming soon. Final r and d. Blah. Blah. Blah. They they release it like this is it (what you saw in the video). But no it's certainly not. What we got was nothing like the video based on people who bought it.

Ill stick with iron x for now. Possibly try another if the price / performance is there. I use about 1 litter per car and only use it when. I'm doing a complete detail. so it's an expensive piece of the detail trumped only by the coating. I was looking forward to a concentrate. I waited and waited and it never showed up. You can dilute all iron removers. They just work poorly when you do. I suppose you can water your milk or beer down too but that dose not make the original liquid a concentrate does it. Guess that's really my point.

Enjoy your day all.

Ugh- It's unfortunate when these threads denigrate into who hates what company.
Makes it hard to get actual information on a product when a few people, who have no intention of ever purchasing said product, feel the need to ruin it for everyone else.
If we boycott every company who made a mistake, we'd never have anyone to buy from.

I swear we are our own worst enemies most of the time.
By all means, let's continue to eat our own.

Can't we just talk about their polisher now?

Just not as much ring to it as #allpolishersmatter. (Gotta keep it up, nobody is using this yet. ;)) :lmfao

Thanks for that link, Vega. I actually went to look for it but couldn't find it. All my search results came up with was HD Speed Polish.

JSFM35X,

I get your frustration with them but things happen. Maybe it's because I'm a gamer/all around nerd but product delays aren't exactly a new thing to me. Sometimes a wrench gets thrown in the way and they have to find a way around it and that can seriously mess things up. I'm pretty sure it was not their objective to be late because that is bad for sales. Their products are good (IME), their prices are low, and they seem like a pretty good company. They have apologized and done what they could to fix the problem (which is kind of a hard problem to "fix".)

To put this in other terms...

Let's just say you messed up someone's car detailing it. Whatever the case may be, you can't fix it. Now, the customer sees his car and you show him what happened. You then offer to pay to have it repaired by (insert appropriate vendor here) so that it's as good as new. Would you appreciate that customer bad-mouthing you all around town and (seemingly) trying to divert business away from you?

I'm not saying that's your intent, nor am I trying to insult you for your continued discontent. Trust me, I have had my quibbles with companies for similar, maybe even lesser, things. It just always seem to make so much conflict entirely irrelevant to the original topic.

The video and specs seems geared toward those who would be purchasing their first polisher. So its nice to have options in the market. I suspect many on this forum already have a PCXP or a GG6 for a basic 8mm DA.

I pretty much say it how I feel it. If you were here when they were spamming every forum by giving away free product if you posted your review in three spots. It clogged up the boards for months. That was strike 1 , and maybe 2. And the bdx was 3.

I will survive without 3d products. And I'm not trying to foist my opinions on anyone. They are mine.

If they came out with a great product I'd try it. It would just have to be something I really wanted to try use.
