Has anyone used the Viking Microfiber Waffle Weave Drying Towel - 9 Square Feet

Buffed out
According to the reviews, it is an exceptional MF towel capable of drying a whole car while barely feeling wet when done. Has anyone used this? Out of 35 reviews, 31 out of 35 people gave it 4 stars or better which leads me to believe it should be real good.

the waffle weave in the link looks like the diamond shape pattern waffle weave which is kinda rough and i wouldn't use it near paint (their x-large gold microfiber drying towel is nice though). however, viking has some great assortment of microfiber towels, and i like and still use their green quick detailing towels...

I tried that exact one and was disappointed. First because there's a label that's sewed on and as BigAl3 said, not as soft as I hoped for.

I have yet to find a waffle weave drying towel that wasn't much harder feeling that a normal microfiber towel, especially after washed. I quit using them years ago. If anyone can recommend one, I'll try it.
