Has anyone used Alibaba.com?

I am currently in the market for some Swisstrax garage flooring, and recently found a cheap knock off version on Alibaba.com and was wondering if anyone had any experience ordering from them. Thank you
 
My one single experience with them went fine. Not that I like doing business with those [individuals]....

But they`re so big that YMMV in a huge way, so I`m hoping you can find somebody who actually bought the Swisstrax knockoffs.
 
I purchase some small backing plates from them. Shipping was a little slow as most of the suppliers are international. But other than that no issues.
 
I’ve bought quite a few detailing things from Alibaba and have found their customer service better than US businesses. They usually send an email making sure your order was delivered in good condition. The businesses that sell on Alibaba have to meet high standards to continue to sell on Alibaba unlike Amazon.

What do you use regularly from alibaba?

Think I bought a few things for my RC`s on there. Never had a problem. Maybe 4 transactions at the most and none over $60
