Has anybody used Kit Wax, that Wax in the yellow can.

Just wondering if anybody has used this stuff, My friend just used it on his 78 T/A, he said it made his red car like glass, :xyxthumbs

I used it years ago, before I changed to #26.



Ol' No.7 White Polishing Compound followed by Kit Wax or Raindance, all applied/removed with some old towels and t-shirts.

Used it a few times like 10 years ago. I remember it being really slick.

Ahh, those were the days...NOT!

Geeze, "Raindance", that brings back memories. I thought that was the best all those years ago. It was not freely available in OZ and I got hold of a can and wished it would never get empty, as it was so much better than anything else I could get.



Time and technology (& experience) moves on. :clap:

I still use their Scratch Remover when I have to touch up the markings of careless people, and it works well for polishing model car bodies



Must have some wax in it because it leaves it nice and slick.

One of my favorites was 'Acrylic' Kit. It really left a slick surface. Easy on/Easy off was not one of it's strong points though.
