Why does it take Harbor Freight soooo long to ship orders?

This is the second time I've ordered from them and the first order took over three weeks to get. I'm still waiting for my second order and it is over two weeks already. :nixweiss
 
No clue! I stopped dealing with them through ordering since a Harbor freight Store is now less than 2 minutes from my house.

Hell, I should start taking HF orders and just go buy them from the store and ship them direct for people! LOL
 
I have heard this complaint as well. THere is a HF store about 2 mins from my house as well. I have noticed that when you get a raincheck for something in the store, it usually takes twice as long as they say for it to arrive. They must have some major slow downs at their main warehouses.

Would be nice to have one locally. Every dealing I've ever had with them indicated to me they are among the worst when it comes to shipping. :down
