Happy Birthday to one of the nicest guys and best detailers that Ive had the pleasure of knowing
:bday3::bday2::yourrock

Thanks to all of you for the birthday wishes and thanks Nathan for the heads up on facebook. This has been a super busy summer for me with lots of new detailing customers and lots of changes at my regular full time job so I haven't had much time for posting my work or hitting all of the forums so I've been hanging mostly over at AGO (didn't get a birthday thread over there lol.) You all are top notch in my book!!!

@ Mr. Clean, Thanks buddy. I've just been trying to get it all done and grow things at the pace possible for all the stuff that has been happening this year. I've gotten so tired that I can't think straight but all is still well. Got my new website going this year, had the pleasure of teaching a very inspiring young man with sight disabilities how to detail cars and do paint corrections. We've had numerous lengthy chats on yahoo messenger where I would guide him through the beginning stages of building a detailing business from not knowing anything to forming his LLC. and getting his first round of customers. This young man's will to succeed and ability to persevere in the face of adversity has inspired me to say the least and has allowed me to grow in those regards as well.

This Saturday I will be heading over to "Presidential Details of Lancaster PA" to get some one on one training in machine damp sanding and paint polishing with Barry Theal. Barry and I will be working on a car together and that my friend is very exciting to me!!

Just a few of the things that I have been up to. I have a blessed life and zero complaints. Thanks for asking and thanks again to you all for the birthday wishes. There was a day when I didn't think I'd live to see 40 years old, I'm 41 now and didn't see it being this good. TD

Helping someone and then seeing them succeed provides many rewards. Congratulations to you and your young protege. :bigups

happy bd dave. remember it's not the years, it's the mileage !
If this is true then I am in big trouble!!! I have too many miles and not enough oil changes.;)

He has been recovering from a surgery and seems to be taking some time away from his computer lately. Thanks Nathan.

Happy Birthday Dave, pictures are in order when you're at Barry's place.
Thanks Angelo, Barry did mention something about photographs and I'll have my camera with me for sure. I watched this video last week of the town that Barry is in, [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ipuxyoMtNBM]Manheim PA Flooding 9/8/11 Part I - YouTube[/ame] I haven't heard back from him about whether he was in this mess or not but it may turn into a flood clean up day. I pray not so but but I am certainly willing to help out if he was affected by this. We'll see on Saturday when I head over there.
