Handz Detailed: 2011 Mustang GT Drag Race Car

Client contacted me on Facebook after searching for a detailer. The car needing a detail was a 2011 Mustang GT Drag Race Car making around 900 Horsepower. The owner wanted it to look perfect for a drag racing event in Las Vegas.



After taking to the owner and inspect the paint, the vehicle needed no paint correction, but had some heavy contamination and LOTS of nasty rubber on the back where the slicks sling up everything. We decided on a good clean up with a paint cleanser followed by a good engine detailing. Picked JetSeal109 For protection because it enhances the metallic flake. The results we impressive.

Thanks Dave!!! Over was running in NMRA racing. I dont remember the Class. he said it runs a mid 9 second 1/4 mile. The cage was certified pretty high.

In all honestly, the car could probably be street driven because the supercharger is 100% street legal :lol1:

Supercharger would not have anything to do with it. As long as the car has a tag and dot approved tires it can be street driven. Now driving around with that parachute on the street would be illegal. lol



Still mid 9's for a street car is VERY impressive.
