ill post the results when im finished. The cars im going to be doing are an '02 BLACK yukon XL denali (heavy swirls) and and an '02 330ci.
i might also do am MB CL600 and an ML55
going to be doing a dawn wash+dacp+swirl free polish+S100 on the denali
any suggestions on what pads to use for each application? it will be my first time with the PC so i might not be using the lambwool pad. btw the pads im using are the ones that come with the Porter Cable Accessory kit from Classic Motoring Accessories:
-One 6 inch Velcro Back-up Plate
-One 6 inch Lambswool Compounding Pad for leveling very rough surfaces (the Lambswool pad is also used as a cushion under the
terry bonnets)
-One Yellow Cutting Pad for leveling and restoring older, oxidized finishes
-Two white polishing pads to maximize gloss.
-One gray finishing pad for producing an ultra high gloss with your favorite liquid wax or protectant.
-Two 6 inch terry bonnets for buffing.
