Grit Gaurds

For the life of me i cannot understand this one at all.



When i shake my mitt out in my rinse bucket the crap from the mit is floating around in the water, it doesnt get tractor beamed from a slotted piece of plastic and locked down behind some invisible field that only clean water can pass through.



The water in the buckets is not quietly sitting there so things can settle to the bottom.

Hmmm...I looked overhead for the starship Enterprise....didn't spot it...but I must be in the tractor beam because I always have grit in the bottom of my bucket if the car is dirty enough. Leaf stuff (this time of year) floats, though.
