Griot's Garage - Customer Service

I placed an order from Griot's Garage a couple of weeks ago. Last night, I was playing with my bottle of Speed Shine, when I noticed a leak from the bottle where the sprayer attached. I shot an email this morning to their customer service department, and with no questions asked, I got a response saying that a replacement bottle was on it's way.



Always appreciate being taken care of...thanks, Griot's.
 
Excellent customer service! Someone gave me a griots wash bucket for christmas. I took it home and realized it was cracked. They called up griots and were sent a replacement bucket right away. Definitely going to place an order with them soon and give some of their products a try.
