Hi All, I've been lurking/learning on this forum since December and finally made the plunge into the Detailing purchasing pool. I have the following cars that I take care of:
2006 Honda Pilot (Sage/Grey)
2007 Honda Accord (light metallic blue)
2009 Subaru Forester (Charcoal)
So far I've purchased the following detail "stuff", and I can't seem to stop (does this happen to everyone??):
Meguiars G110v2 with lots of Meguiars Soft Buff 2.0 Pads (all 3 types)
Pinnacle Paintworks Cleansing Lotion
Pinnacle Leather Cleaner & Conditioner
Pinnacle Souveran Spray Wax
DP Max Wax, Wheel Wax, and Tire Gloss
1Z Vinyl Deep Cleaner
Plexus Plastic Cleaner
Mothers Power Plastic polish
Mothers Clay kits and Showtime QD
M205 Polish
M34 Final Inspection
Mothers Reflections Top Coat
Poorboys Spray & Wipe
Poorboys Cherry Freshener (bad decision - makes car smell like a taxi)
Optimum OID & OCW
Blackfire GEP
Blackfire WD
Blackfire MS
Blackfire QD
Diamondite Glass polishing Clay and Kit
NoStreek Glass cleaner
about 4 million Microfiber towels
...and a bunch of other cleaning accessories
All of my cars have been well cared for, with just some very minor swirling evident. They all have sealants or wax applied, but now that I have the G110v2, I plan to go back and attempt my first "correction" soon.
I'll be lurking the forums for more great tips and reviews, so keep em coming! I hope to contribute eventually.
