Governing Documents?

Hello,



My husband and I are starting a mobile detailing company and I have a few questions. So, I have my business license (LLC) and tax ID. I spoke with the local small business development center and the lady mentioned that I need governing documents for the LLC. She signed me up for some classes, but they don't start until mid March. So, my list of questions are:



What are governing documents?

Will I need additional licensing for being mobile?

Where can I get a template for invoices and an existing damage report?

Whoever set up your LLC will be able to provide you with your governing documents. You should not need additional licensing for being mobile, however, it depends on your local laws.
 
Staples has decent invoices that you can use...and if your in need of the existing damage report you can send me a PM and I will send you one I custom made for myself...You will just want to replace my logo and stuff with your info
