Got tons of goodies today :)

the metal thing is a custom built by spearco front mount intercooler with custom mandral bent piping. The TT only has two teeny tiny intercoolers.. one on each side in the fender well... not very efficient :)

I heard a few people were having trouble removing the FP.... is there a trick to getting around that??

Next week from the 25th to 27th everyone will be gone leaving me an open garage spot for a 3 day detail fest! should be fun

Yes Buff it untill its all gone then take it off with a microfiber misted with quick detailer or water and it will come off like butter.

The Menzerna product line must be buffed off till everything is gone dont worry you wont burn thru the clear coat unless you stay in the same spot for 5 min just move in figure 8's and you will be fine.

Nice choice of products (can't comment on the BF though, only tried BF I and didn't like it so much.)

Wheres the tool that utilizes the Foam Pad Kit?

the PC isnt being delivered till monday :(

So just keep going with the PC until its practically all gone and then mist and wipe?

cool....

I think these other guys were coating it on like wax or something and then trying to scrub it off hehe

For the Menzerna yes, work it in until almost gone. I did this with the Menzerna IP and a Makita rotary on a slightly gritty 95 silver Caravan. Results were great. It really brought out the silver a lot more and made it buttery smooth. After using the PC for 2 years, I was tired of buffing a spot for 3-5 minutes to break down a polish (results initally blew my socks off and still does, but I don't have the time like most autopian's do because the cars are not mine...)

Once you polish with the PC, its down right frustrating to do it by hand.

Happy Detailing,

Work the IP with the PC and a polish pad at speed of 3.5. When it's starting to haze (not so liquid) increase the speed to 5 and buff it till it's gone. Use the FP with a finish pad always at 3.5 until it's gone. This way you'll only have to clean with a dry MF cloth, very easy.
