Got my Chemical Guys MF Towels

I recently received my package from CG containing their "Extreme Thickness" Monster (Blue) MF towels. First thing is first-What they look like and the description posted on their site is NOT what they are like in real life. The ubber plushness and thickness isn't there. The towel seems to work nice removing QD's and there was no linting to be found.

My second set of towels was the Sasquatch. Now these are *very* plush and thick. I used them to remove the dried up Zaino on my dad's Grand Prix GXP and they seemed to do that well. My only concern with them is the linting. Keep in mind I haven't washed the towels so MAYBE the linting will go away.

Besides that, I would recommend them, especially the Sasquatch if the linting ceases. The nice touch about them is the silk edging, this is the first towel I had with these types of edges.

I was just eyeing those MONSTER towels. Someone on another board mentioned they aren't nearly as fluffy as CG's page leads you to believe.

Not even close. I might actually post some pics of them later on this afternoon for you guys to check them out. In my honest opinion, besides the fancy edges, you can get a nicer towel OTC.

Maybe I'm weird, but I just won't use a new non-washed towel on my vehicles. I just think there's too much room for stuff to get in or on the towels between the manufacturing process, shipping, sitting in a warehouse/store, and my purchase.

I've been happy with the towels I've bought from CG in the past.

For sure, but they do come sealed in a bag.

How long did they sit out in the open somewhere collecting dust and lint before they were sealed in a bag? How were they sealed in the bag? How many people touched the prior to sealing them in the bag? How many times were they dropped on the floor or in a bin or a shelf before they were sealed in a bag? I think you can see where I'm going with this...
