Good presoak?

I am looking for a good presoak product to put on bumpes, grills, license plates, ect. prior to washing to help remove bugs. I am attempting to do less "friction" washing with mitts, bug sponges, brushes, etc. I figure the more I can remove with a pressure washer and product, the less chance of scratching.



Please let me know if you have a tried and true product that helps emulsify (sp) bugs and road tar prior to washing.
