Good Idea?

At present I am in temporary possession of a Nighthawk Black 2008 Acura TL Type-S (auto/NAV) that belongs to an EXTREMELY particular owner. While going at the under carriage tonight (I had to turn the car 180 degrees to keep it level), I worried about getting dirt on the seat or perhaps even grinding a rock on my derriere across the leather. That would be beyond bad.

So this was my solution: One big Glad trashbag and a smaller compactor bag, trimmed and tucked to fit...I accept all comments, positive, negative, neutral or any combination of the above. :dance

you could've changed your clothes

That would have been far too easy...:D

In all honesty, I just didn't feel like changing clothes each time I needed to move the car and this whole thing took all of two minutes to put together. Plus I think it shows the owner that I really care. :nixweiss

Nice. I use an old sheet and throw it over the seat if I have to move the car while I'm dirty. Where's your towel on the floor to keep the undercarriage muck off the carpet? :D

The one legged techinque for short moves.

Put your rump on the seat with left leg out the door and your right foot only on the gas pedal and break without touching the carpet.

Yeah, I know that one, just doesn't work for pulling the car into the garage after washing, at least not with my garage door width :rofl
