This car definitely needed some work but i have seen a lot worse. I started with 2x2 bucket wash method and then followed by claying. After clay I started taping and got down to testing. Of course microfiber and D300 did a great job but i mixed in some M101 in some areas that needed a little kick.

Here are the before picture in the sun and under lights.

These shots were taken inside the shop under just normal lighting. It is pretty insane you could see all these just under low lighting.

While compounding and polishing we even took the rear wing off to make sure all of the paint looked as good as it could! Here are the after shots.

In the end it came out great after a couple days of compounding and polishing!

Thanks for looking :)

Looking good Addison! Any more rear shots with the wing on it? I'd love to see how it makes things look.

David, here is the only one I could find. They didnt get the wing back on all the way before I left so I know its not sitting at the right angle in this pic. Personally I didn't like the wing but if the owner did then more power to him.

You hit the ground running. Awesome work Addison, the sun shots are awesome!

Thanks!!!!

I'm debating picking up D300 instead of M105. How well did it work on this job and how often did you need to reach for M101?

Not too often. D300 is a great product, 105 cuts just a little more but doesn't finish down as nice as D300. Also 105 produces a lot more dust than D300.
