Good deal at Lowes this weekend...

There are 3 Lowes stores within a 15-mile radius of me and they were all having a "clearance" sale this weekend. One store had the following:



This laser leveler new in box for $4. They had two so I got them both.

This 500W halogen worklight was only $5! They had four boxes so I got them all.

Pleaaase!! No more toying with my wallet! I just got a twin-head worklight from Home Depot for 15 bucks...but that one is nice! and for 5 bucks!?

Hey Tom, you should be able to find the lights in the electrical department...It's a bit misleading seeing as how there's an "Lighting" department. Anyways, I went and that particular light wasn't on sale for me.



There were a few straitlines for sale, but the cheaper one was 5.96, the next one up was 8.93, and the best one was still like 25 bucks.
 
I went to mine this weekend and got at the clearance section a PC 7424 for $60 :laugh: .

Going to the other one son :heelclick .

As for where I found the stuff, what the stores did was set up folding tables in the aisles and piled the "clearance" merchandise onto the tables - like a huge sidewalk sale. Every store had different stuff on clearance, so it really varied.
 
I know where to find the lighting section. Where is the "Clearance" area typically located within the store? I don't see this at my local stores.

They put clearance tables by the lumber checkout counter at my local Lowe's but they didn't have anything nearly as nice as these finds.

My local also has the same setup. My sale was at the tool department.
