Hey guys



I was driving down the road and passed a pawn shop and seen some lawn mowers. So I said to myself "I need a new weed eater and lawnmower" So I stopped on in there and was looking arround and guess what I saw?



Cyclo with pads, backing plates and scrub brushes @$149



and a Metro Magic Air Dida-4 @ $45



So I asked the dude If I could test them out and we did and that little Merto blew air pretty powerful and sucked REAL hard, and the Cyclo ran smooth and was sturdy and felt good. so I said "what kinda deal can we work?" and he said $105 for the Cyclo and $35 for the Metro



So a total of $140 for cyclo/brushes/adapters and a Merto Magic air delux 4

Sold said the sales man.



And this is in the middle of knoxville where I would have never guessed that I would find these kind of products.

I have bought a PS2, PS3 and a Nintendo Wii from the local pawn shop. All have worked great (knocksonwood). I always check for a PC or rotary when I am there.
 
sometimes it's a case of being at the right place at the right time :up . yesterday i was at walmart and got the AG HD Wax for $15...

naturally when i go into walmart, i go straight to the automotive car care aisle. as i was looking at what they had, i noticed the AG HD Wax was on clearance ($25) as well as the palm applicators (forgot the price on those). one of the auto/tire managers walked by and i asked why they were on clearance as they just got them in barely a month or so ago. he mentioned that they have to make more room for current/existing stock and widen it (spring/summer is here and it's the time for car care) for exposure, etc, etc. i mentioned that it retailed for alot more than their regular price online and i was contemplating buying it since it had dropped down to $25. he asked if i was interested in buying it, and i said yes. he said he wanted it gone and didn't have room for it, so he walked over to the price gun and scanned it and told me he marked it down even more to $15. i extended my gratitude and off i went... :)
 
Yeah, pawnshops can be treasure troves for all sorts of things, and that was a great buy :xyxthumbs Kinda sad atmosphere to pawn shops though; some seem to vibe heavy with, well... desperation.

wow! Pawn Shops got some cool stuff in there but can be really over priced at times too.



That green pad looks like a pear LoL. Good deal though.



Also, lucky score on getting the AG Wax for $15!
 
No they are orange from the factory, and It's not the Vac, Its the magic air which is the RAPID Inflater/Deflater for blow up mattress and things. But This thing blows crazy hard So I can use it on the interiors and drving off motorcycles and cars
 
Yup, they also make an orange Metro dryer used for drying dogs. Hadn't thought about using ours but it does move some air and has a filter so might not do the damage that the leaf blower might.



Great find - the dryer alone was over $100 new.
