GMC Sierra and Chevy Yukon XL

If I order tonight will I still get the discount???

Also how does Klasse work on Gel Coat?

I have a buddy that has a Ranger Bass boat and wants to try Klasse.

It works.

Just attempt a purchase, plug in the code. If the discount shows, you're in! If not, you're too late. You can find out before you commit.

Not only does Klasse have a picture of a Porsche and a boat on the front, but it also has a airplane on it too.

So when you're done with his boat, you can detail his airplane. (Always make sure the engine isn't running while you're waxing the props, right LikeCars? ;))

I find that when detailing props I can get a much thinner coat while they are running. Just start em up, and slowly move your hand with applicator closer until it just contacts the prop. Then move your hand out until the entire blade is complete.

The air rushing past cures the product quickly, and removal is the reverse of installation.

:xyxthumbs :D

laynlow, I find myself going through way more expensive MF applicators that way, too rich for my blood. I also find myself going through more appendages that way too ;) but blood wipes easily off a Klassed surface with a good microfiber towel. :p

The Sierra was picked up in the morning, and finished later that night. It is his daily driver and he wanted it washed and waxed, as well as the interior cleaned well.

The interior resembled that of a hunting businessman. A lot of mud and tools, and a lot of papers and information.

On the exterior, I started with the wheels. I used an APC and soaked the tire and wheel wells, after scrubbing the dirt loose, I cleaned the wheels with APC and various brushes.

He used this truck to go hunting in, and there was a lot of evidence of going off road.

The paint was stripped, and Collinite 845 was applied.

The other vehicle is a Yukon XL, his wifes Daily Driver. All that was requested was that the exterior be completely cleaned. I did not take a ton of pictures. It looked good when it arrived, stripped the paint with dawn, cleaned/polished around the emblems and crevasses, and waxed with Collinite 476 [great shiny winter wax IMO]. Here are a few pictures of it finished.

The exhaust had rubber and tar caked on it, and that needs to look good too :D I safely removed the debris and polished it.

I know they are just wash and waxes, but it's a start :Christmas Hat:

Nice job Luke.

Just remember. They are just washes and waxes now. This will all lead to more work with this customer, and when he needs some paint correction, you will get that as well. We all have to start somewhere.

Keep up the good work.

Beautiful work, Luke !!!

It is a lot of work you did to turn those dirty trucks into really nice clean ones; and as Barry already said, you will get more business from awesome work like that.

Proud of you, man !

Awesome work on them Luke, hope the customer was blown away by it! Thank you so sharing with us here at TID!

Nice work Luke, nothing wrong with some wash/waxes, they tend to be the bread and butter sometimes.

Another fine job Luke. Looks like you are getting better at photography as I love the B&W ones of the Yukon you took.
