GM Helps Employees Get It Up

How is that an embarassment? If it is covered under their health insurance? (Didnt read article.)

The embarassment should come from the crap that they produce.

Like the Malibu.

I don't know how the same company that can product the Corvette and the newer Caddy's can put out hideously fugly crap like the Malibu.

Maybe thats the problem. They should stop letting the engineers and designers get Viagra and make them design a car that will let them "sport wood" naturally! They're so hopped up on the little blue pill they don't know when a car really looks good anymore... hence the Malipoop.

Actually the Malibu is really an Opel and is suprisingly poplular in the UK. Unfortunatly its barely a decent fleet car here.

Lord isnt that the truth. It really amazes me. After working with the big three for my "career" I would for sure not touch a GM product unless it was a Vette and I would now go with DCX over any of the other three, even though I have a soft spot for the Ford F-250 :bow

Actually it is not Opel. Someone up in the management ranks had the great idea to take the Vectra (Opel) and "adapt it to the USA market".... the result is the malibu :(

It is in fact amazing how bad you can screw up a good product if your concept of "what people like" is distorted... the previous generation Vectra (on whichy the malibu is based) is light years ahead in terms of handling, styling and craftmanship.

Oh yeah thats it. The Vectra. I saw a Top Gear episode where they reviewed it and actually liked it. Took a second, then I realized it was a Malibu.

Is it just me or does the Malibu look like Nemo?

I have this horrible image of viagra crazed GM union employees not exactly having their minds on the cars they are making. ;)

I love that thing. I am also really liking the new Dodge Ram right now also. My current car is paid off in July 2007 so we shall see what is out then....Although I must say I am very interested in a 2009 Camaro or Challenger.

The same way the country that produced banana splits, the P-51D and Johnny Cash also came up with new Coke, telemarketing and The Jerry Springer Show.

It’s a big operation; every corner of it has a “life of its own.

PC.

How much money would they have saved over the years by handing out Popsicle sticks and duct tape????? :chuckle: :chuckle: :chuckle:
