Gloss-Coat Dry Time & Pollen??

So I think I have time this weekend to correct my car and apply Opti-Coat 2.0 then top with Gloss-Coat.
My biggest problem will be I will not be able to leave the car in the garage.
How will pollen effect the curing?
After I apply Opti-Coat, I'll wait about 1 hour then do a ONR wipe down then apply the Opti-Gloss.
Should I wait for the pollen season to fall or go for it tomorrow?

Thanks.
I started correcting my car but the pollen was so heavy this weekend that withing 30 minutes there was enough that I decided to hold off and just Opti-Seal until it settles.

Just another opinion.........

I would not onr opticoat (or any coating) after just one hour. Coatings need time to cure/harden. (just my opinion)
