Gliptone Products at Western Auto

I stopped into the local Western Auto this weekend, and Gliptone was on site to demo their products.

I purchased the car wash, total tire & rim cleaner, tire shine, and body gloss spray and shine, and the wax away trim cleaner -which looks A LOT like the magic eraser to me .

I tried out the body gloss spray and shine. It's a decent QD spray IMO. Good package, nice smell, even spray, does not streak, leaves a nice glow on your paint. IMO, it's well worth $6.99.

I haven't had a chance to try the other products...

Prices paid: $6.99 for 22oz of body gloss, $7.99 for 64oz of car wash, $6.99 for 22oz of tire shine, and $5.99 for 22 oz of total tire & rim cleaner, and $2.25 for the wax away trim cleaner.

They also carry past wax, liquid glaze & wax, and a few other odds and ends -basically their entire retail line according to the rep. It looks like these products are made in NY. They 'appear' to be a notch above what you'll typically find at a box store.

Has anyone around here tried them? I've seen a post or two from GSRstilez about using them. What do you think?

Strauss Auto also carriers some of their products . I picked up the car wash back during the winter, I thought it was just OK, nothing to talk about .
