Glass Science Rain Clear.....HELP!!!

Ok, I gave the Rain Clear gel a try. I put 3 small drops on a paper towel and rubbed it into the windshield in a circular motion. I then took a clean towel and started buffing it off. It left major smearing in the window and I put it on very thin. What am I doing wrong? If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it.

Todd, I think you said you have used this stuff, any chance on doing a "how-to" on this product?

Will do the write-up, I LOVE this stuff.

I have never gotten major smearing, but I have gotten light smearing/streaking. A light mist of water and a little more wiping polished to glass to completely clear, and so far the protection is going on several months. Really great stuff, IMO.
