a few of these I use others I have just heard of, and today I heard a really good one, a detailer one of my accounts had used in the past was spraying the entire engine bay with clear coat enamel, besides being a horrible idea, it would turn yellow after it would get hot.

Along the same lines, would be Costco detailing:

- 36 pk. of the yellow MF towels for general purpose cleaning

- Sprayaway glass cleaner

- 40 pk. (I think) of terry cloth towels for random stuff

- Kreepster seat for sitting while detailing

BTW, this thing holds Menzerna polish bottles perfectly in the cupholders!!!

- Various plastic containers for holding MF towels and polishing pads

- Swiffer dusters

- Sometimes car wash and/or other car wash supplies (hit and miss)

- Q-tips

- And don't forget the 37" LCD for the garage to catch football on weekend details!!!

Very nice -- but I don't think a $90 chair is very "ghetto" :)

I do love Sprayaway (use it mostly for in house), and the cheap MFs.

Plastic or Metal spoon - For putting wax from the container to your pads. Use the backside to spread the wax on the pad and the front side to "push" the wax deeper. Try It.

Damn cool thread. I like that office chair idea because I have an old one sitting in my parents basement and my little creepers are loosing their padding due to my fat a$$.

not quite as ghetto

I've been using this for years (the Garden Hopper -- not the old mom!):

Now I want this version. Mine is the old version -- all enclosed with a lid. This new one even has a cup holder! It's only $20. It works perfect for doing the bottom half of any vehicle I've had: trucks, minvans, SUVs, cars, etc.
