Getting some products! (Advice) Flex, polishes and technique

So I'm finally pushing the button and getting a Flex 3401. I have a few questions on what products to use with it for the vehicles I plan on doing.

My car is a 2002 Impreza wrx in platinum silver metallic. It has some light swirls in it and a few areas that I'd like to give some special attention to, namely the door handles which somehow got pretty bad. Second car I'd be doing is my sister's 2005 325xi orient blue. It has moderate to heavy swirling and in general has not been taken care of much (think monthly car wash specials at best). Other than that I might take on my parent's corolla or some of my friend's cars later down the road but for now just those two.

I was planning on getting the 2 step Menzerna package offered on detailed image that comes with the flex, 4 lc orange pads, 4 white pads and 32oz each of SIP and PO106FA.

I'd expect my lsp to be Z5 topped with Z6 or DG AW, maybe both. Thinking about topping that with a carnuba to get some depth out of the paint. Maintenance wash is usually CG CWG with some DG 901 mixed in.

Questions:

1.

I would like to know if SIP is aggressive enough to get through the BMW clear? I believe the orient blue has the hard bmw clear. I could always pick up some m105 sampler size if need be, just want to know in advance before I start. Pretty sure it'll get through the soft subaru clear no problem.

2.

Will 4 orange and 4 white lc pads be good enough with the 2 step combo and the flex?

3.

Since I'm going with the flex what method could I use to get to the door handles in particular as well as smaller spaces? Are there hand applicators, finger applicators, some way I could use the flex?

4.

Kinda related to #3, I know to tape emblems and plastics but what about the door handles? Since they stick out slightly on the subaru should I tape them up? What are the general rules about taping and where to be extra careful?

5.

As far as an isopropyl wipedown goes before LSP or before polish, do you just use it straight from the store, usually about 90%, or mix it with some distilled water?

6.

I'd like to try a carnuba that has good depth to it that doesn't cost an arm and a leg, if possible from detailed image... anything fit the bill? I was looking at Supernatural but that seems like an awfully lot for so few applications (yea I'm cheap), anything more bang for your buck?

I appreciate any help before I take the plunge!

1.

I figure I'm just going to add power gloss in case I need it.

2.

I think they'll get the job done.

Hoping for help on #3 and #4. Some more reading and it seems 50/50 mix isopropyl/water.
