Getting Rubber\Tire spray off Driveway

For sake of understanding I'll assume VTR is some sort of tire shine silicone spray? If so just use a good degreaser. If nothing else some dawn dishsoap should work decent enough.

Depending how weather resistant the tire dressing is you will need some kind of chemical cleaner to work it out of the driveway. You might end up making a bigger mess of the driveway than it was before, however. I advice using the cleaner in a less noticeable portion of the driveway first, let it dry, and then observe for any changes in color. If it does affect the color of the asphalt you are better off waiting it out because eventually the weather will take care of the marks with time.

Food for "afterthough":

I use a mister and spray the area down with water prior to spraying anything on the tires. That way whatever comes in contact with concrete or asphalt is watered down. Another rinse after completed will usually keep you out of the woods.

As for your temporary predictament, maybe some diluted APC?

Oil Eater APC, spray it on let is sit a couple minutes hose away. You will never even know it was there. Works great for oil spots on blacktop driveways too. Go figure considering the name :grinno:
