Getting more swirls

I am a complete newbie to this...I do not have a PC, but tried 1Z Paint polish, for I read and was told that it was good used my hand.



I tried it on a 100% terry applicator pad and in addition to not removing the scratches and swirls, it left more.



So then I tried it again on the microfiber applicator and it removed the NEW swirls but still not the original.



This is on a BMW, and I heard they are hard to remove scratches from, but I would like to see even a little improvement.

Can I get a little help...Thanks

for me swirls are almost impossible to remove without a PC
