No. Liquid Glass is like those other 2 big sealant systems here, Zaino, and Klasse. The surface has to be perfectly clean for it to work properly, so that means LG must be on the bottom.
Does it have to be LG and GC you're using? If it were me, I'd layer on some LG and top it off with a pure non-cleaner carnauba wax, like Meguiars Step 3 if you need consumer grade stuff. Or... you could just leave the LG untopped....
