Gasoline mess!

Had about 4 gal. of gas spill in my truck bed which has the bed liner in it. How do i get rid of the smell? Had it to the spay off car wash but didnt help much.

The smell should eventually evaporate on its own. I would pull the bedliner out and make sure there isn't any standing gas in the bed that you can't see.

Use a good quality degreaser to wash the bedliner with, then wash with shampoo and water. This should take care of the smell.

No matter what you do the smell should be gone within a week.

Landscaper here the smell will be gone couple days. Take to spry wash and spray out bed and pull liner. Just do it at night.

I suggest hot water and some dawn dish soap. It will cut the oil. Lots of marine gas stations spray of dawn and water in a mister bottle on the water to cut any as spills from spreading on the water.
