Yep it's possible. There is a formula to calculate.
volts x amps = watts
A pressure washer needs atleast 2 times this calculation though because it is an induction motor. It draws a lot of amps at start up.
example:
my pressure washer has a 20amp x 120 volt motor.
120 x 20 = 2400 x2 = 4800watts
That's what size you need just to run the pressure washer. Having said that my generator has a max output of 5000watts but I have used my vacuum and pressure washer at the same time without a problem so I'm guessing it depends on how good of generator it is too. Mines a top of the line Subaru (Robin).
