GARAGE DOOR WARS

2006 Black Porsche Cayanne Turbo S with garage door damage/paint transfer on the back hatch along with extensive scratches caused by the local tunnel wash. (Garage door was closed but the vehicle was not in all the way, causing it to slide down the back of the vehicle):wall

Thanks again for viewing!

David - nice video showing use of rotary and multiple pad sizes for each appropriate work area. Thought you still had a scratch on the back hatch until I realized it was dust on my monitor:o

The porsche looks great.

You were flying with the rotary and super fast with the PC... never seen anyone use it that fast. How does it even have time to work?

The after photos are great.

You need to tape off those emblems if you gonna get so close to them..

We must now be allowed to post our website URLs in everyone of our photos.(????)

Nice work Dave! Do the Cayenees in the States have stupid-hard paint like they do here? I'm not quite sure what's made where these days and what market gets which options so I'm curious. Also I've heard rumors about the VW empire having interests in Porsche so that could possibly explain the hard-as-nails like Audi.VW finish. For example, BMW's here in the EU have ridiculously hard paints, but in the US they're like butter AFAIK.

It's STUPID hard!!

Nice little video you made there. Seems as if using a rotary isn't as deadly as people say as long as you have a touch of common sense.
