There was no beating around the bush. Daria needed a bath badly. This was my plan of attack.



Wash car with Meguiar's Gold Class and EF HI for wheels and tires

Dry car with CWB and Chamois

Vacuum Interior

Clean and dress interior vinyl with Vinylex

Dress tires with Vinylex

Wax with Souveran



Since I have my mitts on a digital camera, I am going to post the pics tomorrow after work. :D

Actually, the area where the fuel filler cap is gets a lot of dirt due to the fact that Nissan did not include the splash guard. If you open your brother's fuel filler door (On the driver's door, small button next to the trunk release) and see a lot of grit in there, that means the splash guard was not installed. Another way to tell if that has been done is if the hole below the fuel filler neck shows the street.



I washed mine because it had a lot of grit in it and I did not want the grit coming back on my car after I dried it.
 
Friday commuting in Chicago is a fun :rolleyes: experience. My normal route was backed up. Therefore I was forced to take my alternate route. I have a couple of pics to share with you guys on that tip. The first is a brand new Honda Pilot SUV.

I like that commuting photograph. Next time im in a traffic jam ill have to take a few snaps. I may get a few looks though, people wondering whats that man doing asking questions like is he special branch police or something? Is he filming us?



Thats given me a few ideas though. I would love to air on autopia a real-time video next time i am driving a long distance such as to Scotland.
