Yo guys, just put 3 coats on the Z tonight at work. Wanted to get some after wash shots to show swirls but the lighting in the back of the shop did not cooperate. The damn car looks black in some pics !! There is a pic of my products, better ones are on the way, the light reflects well



There is also a pic of the boo boo I need to get fixed

Hard to see how the paint really looks due to the lighting. You should try to get some outside pics.



However, pic 3 really shows a nice wet-look on the hood.



Any pics with direct light up close on the paint showing imperfections?

Looks realy nice? Looks black in the pictures. Take some in daylight and see what happens... Nice car, I bet it hauls, You have any aftermarket/custom exhaust system on it?

Took some pictures today in the sunshine. Same camera and same mega pixels, but seems kind of bright. You can get a grasp of the color now.

yeah she hauls pretty good. If you check out my sig I have my small list of mods and upgrades.



SLP strut tower brace, and subframe connectors. High flow airbox lid, SuperSucker Ram Air, smooth bellows, K&N filter and a flowmaster muffler :xyxthumbs

Looks really good. Still some swirling, but nothing too crazy. Nice work.

hey there. nice car, my cousin has a 99 SS T Top in red and that thing moves. I see a little swirling on your hood in the picture under the sun. My car has a somewhat similar paint to yours, Eternal Dark Blue, and looked like that and i tried #83 with a yellow pad on my pc, then #80 with a yellow pad and it got rid of most of them. Then, whtie pad/finishing pad with favorite wax and walla. I think I used NXT, some people don't like it but i have only good things to say about it so far. I've also tried Zymol but it tends to leave a bit of a greasy finish, but still nice. Not sure how your orbital compares to PC but maybe you can try that combo if you're interested. good luck.
