Freaky scratches... and im not sure how to fix em

So, i've been periodically hitting the "problem spots" on my car with Scratch X to try and get rid of the worst scratches. Thing is, i can get them so they dont look white, but you can still see them. Thats not the thing though. I have some scratches that i can just barely feel with my finger nail, but doesn't appear to go through the clear. Also, they are so thin, i honestly dont think i could get a toothpick in there with paint on it. How do i fix these or am i SOL? I've been wracking my brain trying to think of anything, but i just can't figure it out. This is what it looked like before...

Now (sry, didn't get any after pics yet), none of those scratches are white, (except the few nasty ones in the bottom right) but even the ones that aren't white anymore i can still feel, but i dont think its through the clear. How the heck can i fix this? Can i just get some of the liquid clear and put it in like i do on scratches that are through the clear? Thanks in advance for your time.

Judging from the picture, the scratches are beyond repair with Scratch X. I suggest you try a good detail shop. See if they think that they can get them out with a rotary buffer. My favorite shop has a new scratch filling process that would make the scratches a lot less noticable and is much less expensive than a repaint.

The scratches are mostly gone, but i think it may be through the clear. THus beyond help with rotary. can i just fill in the scratch with clear, or do i need to fill with black pain then clear over it?

If it looks decent as is, I'd not try to reapply either color coat or clear. Just use a good sealant or wax and use either frequently.
