Formula 113....HELP!!!

Alright, my father has a street rod and really like the Formula 113 Bead-X (he got hooked at a car show because we were parked next to the local dealers booth). Anyways, I ordered him a bottle back on Dec 7th and I have yet to see it. I have contacted Paypal and filed a complaint. I was hoping someone here may have an inside number or email I can use to get in touch with anyone over there. The speedwax@aol.com address gets rejected and the main phone number goes to the voicemail and you cant leave a message. I found another number under the "Become a Dealer" section and I think its Mike's cell number. I have left him 3 messages and have heard nothing. Does anyone have any good ideas? Thanks guys...I'm desperate!

Thanks ZaneO...I figured that was going to the be the response I got but I had to try. I will keep harassing his cell number until I get an answer. I am pretty good at calling every 5 minutes or so.

Good ol' Mike Prisco. Don't know what to tell you other than good luck.

Too funny. When I first started posting on Autopia, he sent me a bottle of the wax and Bead-X. Somehow, that turned into a rumor I got a case of the wax.

Formula113 is a typical one step, shine is decent but it dusts real bad and lasts only 4-6 weeks even here in wax friendly Dallas. Bead-X is a decent QD but I wouldn't pay more than half what he charges. Anyway, a couple years ago, he e-mailed me and said he was sending me a reformulated version of Formula113 to try. Never arrived though. Not even sure why he contacted me, I never ordered any of his stuff. Maybe it was because I was the only long term member he hadn't managed to piss off. Apparently there were a lot of problems between him and the board before I started posting. He just seems like a flakey guy.

My guess would be he is on a vacation for the holidays but if he doesn't contact you in the next few days, go after him hard. Make sure you post about it here and on any other detailing/car forums you post on. If he is flat out ripping people off, make a HUGE deal out of it.

Thanks Scott. I am not shy, so I will have no problem going after him. I'll let you know how it turns out. Maybe I should mention I work three floors below the Mass Attorney Generals Office...and the state agency I work for was in charge of constructing their office...I wonder if that will get his attention?

On a more serious note....I actually got an email from the speedywax email address that did not work last week and supposedly some chemical they need to make the Bead-X was back ordered and they have it now so my bottle will ship on Tuesday..."along with a free gift"...what a guy! Chaulk that up to lessons learned!
