I have a King Ranch truck I'm doing tomorrow, and while I haven't actually seen this particular truck yet, my neighbor has one and the seats are unreal. Is there any special leather cleaner/conditioner I need to use on it? I was planning on using 6:1 Woolite (thanks Scottwax!) and Meguiar's conditioner on it. I did a search for "king" and "ranch" but came up with nothing. Thanks for any info.

Ford King Ranch truck leather seats

That castano leather is very different. You have to be carefull, because it can darken very easily. With the truck, they send you in the mail, a special bottle of conditioner from the leather people. The only thing that concerns me is how easily it darkens, I would hate for you to use woolite/meguiars, and it darken it up alot.

That's what I was afraid of. The truck belongs to my neighbor's brother. I'll ask him if it came with a special bottle of stuff. Maybe I'll hit the Ford dealership and see if I can buy a bottle of the stuff on my own:nixweiss

I dont know if its anything different than normal conditioner or not. But even if you touch the seats with wet hands, it gets very dark until dry. But that is the product ford gives you with the vehicle for the leather, along with a little matching organizer.
